At VILLOID, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log in to our online return portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the parcel is securely sealed for transit.

  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized shipping point and keep your receipt until your refund has been processed.
